Alisha Haight
Physical Therapy Assistant

Alisha Haight was born in Santaquin, UT. She graduated from Utah State University with her Bachelors degree in liberal arts and sciences. She then went on to attend The College of Western Idaho where she received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree.

Throughout her childhood and adult life, Alisha has led an active lifestyle. She participated in volleyball, track and Dance Company in High school. After she graduated from USU, she became a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. The gym where she coached also shared the space with a PT clinic, and that is when she became interested in the field. She is passionate about the healing power of movement and helping others to have a greater quality of life.

Alisha met and married Matthew Haight in 2004. They have 3 children. When Alisha isn’t working, she enjoys running, paddleboarding, camping and hiking.
