Doctor of Physical Therapy Dallin Wilkes was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He graduated from BYU with a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training and then went on to graduate from Idaho State University with his DPT.

Pete was born and raised in Rexburg, ID. After earning a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Brigham Young University Idaho, he completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR in 2018

Sherin Siby hails from the lush landscapes of Kerala, India, where she spent her formative years and completed her schooling. She pursued her passion for physical therapy at JSS College of Physical Therapy in Karnataka, India, laying the foundation for her career in healthcare.

Tyler Zacher

Tyler grew up in North Dakota and graduated from high school in 2007 where he was a 3-sport athlete competing in football, basketball, and track & field. His inspiration for becoming a physical therapist came from rehabilitating his own injuries and getting back to the sports he loved.

Tyler Holloway
Occupational Therapist
Tyler Holloway was born in Rexburg, ID and lived in various Idaho towns growing up, including Idaho Falls, Grangeville, and Blackfoot. After graduating from Blackfoot High School in 2008, Tyler served a 2-year mission for his church in the Dominican Republic.

Lea Parker

Lea Parker, PTA grew up in Boise and has resided in Idaho for the majority of her life. She has called Nampa, Idaho home since 2012.Lea graduated from College of Western Idaho in 2020. She received her license as a PTA and began working in outpatient therapy.

Britany Cunningham
PTA
Britany was born and raised in Caldwell, Idaho. After committing to a lifestyle change and losing 75 lbs, she discovered her love of and the importance of exercise and staying healthy. In 2019, she completed her Associate’s Degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program from College of Western Idaho.

Zach White was born and raised in Maple Valley, WA just south of Seattle, WA. He was recruited to play football at the College of Idaho where he played all 4 years as a defensive tackle and completed his undergraduate degree in exercise physiology with minors in coaching and psychology.

Amelia Menges
Physical Therapy Assistant
Amelia (Millie) Menges was born in Corvallis, Oregon and spent her high school years in Washington. She attended Concordia University in Portland and played basketball. She then attended Carrington College in Boise and graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Mike Rosentreter was born in Boise, ID and grew up in various part of the treasure valley eventually graduating from Eagle high school. After graduation his passion for the outdoors inspired him to move to McCall. While living in McCall he sustained an injury playing hockey which required physical therapy.

Erica was born in BC Canada but spent the majority of her youth in Hood River, OR. She always knew she wanted to be a Mother, she loved science, being physically active, and helping others so she looked for a career that she could enjoy and would be family friendly.

Rachel was born and raised in Idaho and graduated from CWI with her PTA degree in 2023. She has always had a passion for health, sports, and fitness which led her to pursuing a career in PT. She loves being able to connect with people as they become stronger, healthier, and return to their normal lives following injury.

Ashlie Adams
PTA
Ashlie Adams was born in Irvine, CA. She originally graduated from Concordia University of Irvine with her bachelor’s degree and getting licensed as an Athletic Trainer. That brought her to University of Idaho where she worked with the women’s soccer team for a year and a half before graduating with her Masters degree.
