Nick Hartley was born and raised in Nyssa, OR; and is a proud member of Nyssa High School’s graduating class of 2006.

Eric Williams was born and raised in Orem, Utah where the Wasatch Mountains ingrained in him a deep love for all things outdoors.

Michael Baumgarten attended Weber State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training, and went on to attend Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.

Kip started his career in the Pacific Northwest and has treated many patients and conditions including geriatric patients, bariatric patients, post-surgical patients, active and retired military, work related injuries, and sports injuries.

Doctor of Physical Therapy Dallin Wilkes was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He graduated from BYU with a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training and then went on to graduate from Idaho State University with his DPT.

Rob Thomas

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Rob Thomas was born and raised in Redmond, WA. He went to Oregon State University where he completed his BS in Exercise and Sports Science. From there he moved to Salt Lake City, UT to complete his doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at The University of Utah in 2013.

Alex Godderidge

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Alex Godderidge was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). He discovered his passion for anatomy while attending Centennial High School in Boise Idaho.

Pete was born and raised in Rexburg, ID. After earning a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Brigham Young University Idaho, he completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR in 2018

Kira Hibbard, PTA grew up in Nampa, Idaho and was a member of Nampa High School’s 2014 graduating class.

Andria Fulkerson

PTA

Andria Fulkerson was raised in Rock Island, Illinois. She graduated from Iowa State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a double major in Psychology. She went on to attend University of Indianapolis where she graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Lea Parker, PTA grew up in Boise and has resided in Idaho for the majority of her life. She has called Nampa, Idaho home since 2012.

PTA

Amelia (Millie) Menges was born in Corvallis, Oregon and spent her high school years in Washington. She attended Concordia University in Portland and played basketball. She then attended Carrington College in Boise and graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
